Navigating fun.app

Master navigation

The Tool Bar is the navigation pinned to the top of every site across the fun.app network. It stays in place as you move between pages and even as you switch between sites — giving you one consistent way to navigate the entire platform.

It contains the core tools you’ll use to move through fun.app, create content, and manage your account:


Site Selector
Switch between the five network sites using the Site Selector.
Click the current site name in the Tool Bar to open a dropdown, then select the site you want to visit.

Note: The thumbnail icon on the left takes you to the home screen of each site, the name of the site on the right opens the selector.

 

Create Post
The Create Post button lets you start writing and sharing content on the currently selected site.
Note: You can’t create a post directly from the main App hub — you’ll need to select a specific site (News, Social, Community, or Page) before posting.

Explore
Click the Explore icon to open a page full of trending posts, popular feeds, and suggested content tailored to your interests.

Search
Click the Search icon to open the search bar. As you type, results appear grouped by type (posts, profiles, topics, etc.).
Press Enter to go to the full search results page.

Messages
The Messages icon opens your inbox, where you can access direct messages and any chats you’re subscribed to.

Notifications
Click the Notifications icon to open a dropdown of your latest alerts.
To view more, select “View All Notifications” at the bottom of the menu. 

Help Center
To support accessibility during early access, we’ve included a Help Center icon in the Tool Bar.
Clicking it opens this resource, where you can learn how App works, explore features, and get guidance as you navigate the platform.

Account Menu
Click your profile picture to open the Account Menu, where you can:

View your profiles
Access your drafted posts
Open your Control Panel (Account Settings)
Log out
